[update] Add HikariCP and SQLite JDBC dependencies to pom.xml. Refactor Client and CheckUpPage for improved PDF handling and error management. Update Server class for enhanced database connection management and logging. Streamline patient data handling in ServerHandler with PreparedStatement for better security and performance. Clean up unused code and improve overall structure.
