From 98aa8db9536d8327f72e2642081d10b9994d298b Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Alex Date: Mon, 22 Jun 2026 18:18:04 +0100 Subject: [PATCH] feat(wiki): WikiTool with injection + write authz Unit 3 of F-Wiki. WikiTool (view/create/str_replace/insert/delete/rename) over wiki_pages: exact-case unique str_replace (no silent multi-replace), optimistic version on edits (WikiPageConflict), reads served fresh from Postgres, untrusted-content fencing on reads, 1MB page cap. Injected via add_wiki_tool only for writable wiki sources (effective_write_owner: owner/team-editor; viewers get nothing), scoped to one source_id. Each mutation enqueues reembed_wiki_page (owner as user, per-page idempotency key) and rebuilds directory_structure. Shared validate_tool_path extracted from MemoryTool. --- application/agents/agentic_agent.py | 5 + application/agents/classic_agent.py | 5 + application/agents/research_agent.py | 5 + application/agents/tools/memory.py | 45 +- application/agents/tools/path_utils.py | 34 ++ application/agents/tools/wiki.py | 505 ++++++++++++++++ .../api/answer/services/stream_processor.py | 58 ++ .../storage/db/repositories/wiki_pages.py | 93 +++ tests/agents/tools/test_wiki.py | 565 ++++++++++++++++++ .../db/repositories/test_wiki_pages.py | 64 +- 10 files changed, 1336 insertions(+), 43 deletions(-) create mode 100644 application/agents/tools/path_utils.py create mode 100644 application/agents/tools/wiki.py create mode 100644 tests/agents/tools/test_wiki.py diff --git a/application/agents/agentic_agent.py b/application/agents/agentic_agent.py index 31a7d1da..3c213ef5 100644 --- a/application/agents/agentic_agent.py +++ b/application/agents/agentic_agent.py @@ -6,6 +6,7 @@ from application.agents.tools.internal_search import ( INTERNAL_TOOL_ID, add_internal_search_tool, ) +from application.agents.tools.wiki import add_wiki_tool from application.logging import LogContext logger = logging.getLogger(__name__) @@ -22,17 +23,21 @@ class AgenticAgent(BaseAgent): def __init__( self, retriever_config: Optional[Dict] = None, + wiki_config: Optional[Dict] = None, *args, **kwargs, ): super().__init__(*args, **kwargs) self.retriever_config = retriever_config or {} + self.wiki_config = wiki_config or {} def _gen_inner( self, query: str, log_context: LogContext ) -> Generator[Dict, None, None]: tools_dict = self.tool_executor.get_tools() add_internal_search_tool(tools_dict, self.retriever_config) + if self.wiki_config: + add_wiki_tool(tools_dict, self.wiki_config) self._prepare_tools(tools_dict) # 4.
