Subject: [PATCH] fix(blox): resolve template syntax errors in
 cta-image-paragraph

- Fix malformed if/else block causing "undefined variable $title"
- Add missing closing div tags to correct HTML generation
- Remove orphaned {{ end }} tag preventing proper parsing
