fix(sections): update stale singular section path references to plural

- Fix build_links.html project/ → projects/ GetPage lookup (breaking bug)
- Fix collection block.html event/publication → events/publications type checks
- Update academic-cv publication archetypes, import workflow (publication/ → publications/)
- Update data-science-blog import workflow, notebook, author RSS URL (post/ → blog/)
- Update documentation and startup-landing-page author RSS URLs (post/ → blog/)
