Migrate site.Data → hugo.Data (42 occurrences), site.IsMultiLingual → hugo.IsMultilingual, and site.AllPages → hugo.Sites nested range. Simplify Netlify redirects template to use pre-processed aliases instead of relLangURL per gohugoio/hugo#14408.
