Subject: [PATCH] chore(.gitignore): update gitignore rules for better project
 hygiene

- Add entries for Node modules, NPM/Yarn lock files, and Prettier/ESLint configs.
- Include staged changes file and IDE-specific directory (.idea/) in ignored paths.

Benefits:
- Reduces noise in version control by excluding generated and environment-specific files.
- Improves consistency across developer environments.
