Subject: [PATCH] chore(settings): update permissions for miti-add-post skill
 and additional tools

Expanded allowed permissions to support miti-add-post skill execution and common development tools including cat, cp, ls, mv, node, npm, pip, python commands, and Read/Edit/Write tools.
