- route Substack images by host (handles f_auto/.avif/extensionless CDN URLs)
- replace grep-based duplicate check with boundary-aware pure-JS scan
- share one fetch budget across publications in deep sitemap crawl
- expand file-extension classification (avif/heic/mkv/pptx/etc.)
