feat(profile): refactor create UX with dialog-based interface

- Replace ProfileCreateForm with ProfileCreateDialog for better UX
- Add Select component for dropdown functionality
- Implement sensitive keys detection and masking
- Enhance code editor with improved validation
- Update dependencies and lock files
