tiennm99 d4256617f4 feat(openclaw): set the startup env doctor recommends on ARM hosts 
Add NODE_COMPILE_CACHE and OPENCLAW_NO_RESPAWN, and record the remaining
doctor notes and the ARM64 browser path override in docs/openclaw.
