Adds 5 OCI image-spec LABEL fields to couchbase Dockerfile (title,
description, created, version, source), matching proven pattern from
scribe image (commits afaa631 + 4ef74f3).

License metadata: Apache-2.0 (verified against Couchbase Server 2.5.2).
Source: https://github.com/couchbase/docker (per researcher report).
Other metadata derived from image build context.

Matching workflow OCI labels block already landed in prior commit and
will be active on next CI build.
