tiennm99	eba7f835a9	feat: rewrite the forwarder in Go with gotd Replace the Telethon script with a Go port built on gotd/td. It keeps the PHONE, API_ID, API_HASH, SOURCE_GROUP_ID and TARGET_GROUP_ID contract, stores the session in a local session.json, queues forwards outside the updates loop, and catches up on updates missed across reconnects.
