Subject: [PATCH] fix(tools): strip tab indent from cron description, restore
 lost context

Remove leading tabs that wasted tokens in LLM system prompt.
Restore timezone example (Asia/Ho_Chi_Minh) and channel auto-fill info
that were dropped in #307.
