Subject: [PATCH] fix(ui): contact user-type badge contrast in light mode

White text on bg-primary (oklch 0.62) scored ~3:1 and failed WCAG AA.
Switch the user badge to an outline with a soft primary tint so the
label stays readable in light mode while still visually distinct from
the group (secondary) and topic (outline) types.
