* feat(i18n): add ru desktop locale (Russian, 16 namespaces)
* test(i18n): extend traces/hooks locale guards to cover ru
* chore(deploy): add repeatable fork-dev local build+deploy tooling
Adds a one-command, idempotent way to run goclaw from a locally built
image that merges fresh upstream dev with un-merged fork features
(Telegram trigger-words PR #1383 + Russian locale), independent of the
published :latest image.
- scripts/deploy-forkdev.sh: fetch origin/dev -> merge feature branches
into local/fork-dev worktree -> push fork/dev -> build -> up -d.
- docker-compose.forkdev.yml: overlay pinning image to goclaw:forkdev
with pull_policy:never so :latest never silently replaces the build.
- .gitignore: track the deploy helper (past deploy-*.sh), ignore the
../.goclaw-forkdev integration worktree.

* feat(telegram): agent-callable message reaction (message action=react)
Adds a "react" action to the message tool so an agent can set an emoji
reaction on an existing message (e.g. mark its own status post 👍 once
fully paid). Mirrors the ChannelEditor wiring: ReactionSetter capability
-> Manager.ReactToMessage -> telegram Channel.ReactToMessage (validates
against Telegram's supported reaction set; ✅/❌ are rejected).

* fix(memory): use 'russian' FTS config for memory_chunks recall
Memory keyword search (memory_search.go FTS + the generated tsv column)
used the 'simple' text-search config, which does no stemming. Russian
grammatical cases therefore never matched: a genitive query token
("Дианы") could not hit the stored nominative token ("Диана"), so
memory_search returned nothing for natural queries even though the fact
was saved. This is the sole recall path on deployments without an
embedding provider (ChatGPT-OAuth/codex cannot embed), so recall was
effectively dead there.
Switch both sides to the Snowball 'russian' config so index and query
lexemes stem to the same root ("диан"), restoring case-insensitive
recall. Migration 000094 recreates the generated tsv column (a GENERATED
expression cannot be ALTERed in place; ADD COLUMN backfills all rows).
Surface parity: desktop/SQLite N/A — SQLite memory search uses LIKE, a
separate mechanism unaffected by the PG regconfig.

Resolve the PR #8/#9/#10 stack on current dev, including Bitrix24 install callback hardening, migration renumbering, duplicate-domain fail-closed routing, UI textarea/mobile cleanup, and review hardening.
* fix(facebook): preserve fb_mode metadata in outbound routing + admin reply detection
Two issues fixed:
1. Messenger auto-reply never delivered because fb_mode metadata was
stripped during outbound message construction. The routing whitelist
in gateway_consumer_normal.go and channels/events.go only copied
thread_id/local_key/group_id — facebook-specific keys (fb_mode,
sender_id, page_id, reply_to_comment_id) were dropped, causing
facebook.Send() to fall into the comment path and fail with
"reply_to_comment_id missing".
2. Added admin reply detection: before sending a bot reply, check via
Graph API if the last page message in the conversation was sent by
an admin (human) rather than the bot itself. Skips bot reply when
admin already responded, preventing duplicate messages.
Uses timestamp comparison with bot's own send history to distinguish
bot-sent vs admin-sent page messages (both have from.id = page_id).
* chore: exclude compiled binary from git
* fix(facebook): ignore bot echoes in messenger cooldown
* fix(facebook): add memory cleanup for admin reply maps and reduce echo window
- Add adminReplied and botSentAt eviction to runDedupCleaner to prevent
unbounded memory growth on high-traffic pages
- Reduce botEchoWindow from 60s to 15s to avoid misclassifying real admin
replies as bot echoes
- Restore doc comments on routingMetaKeys and copyRoutingMeta
- Add cross-reference comment between consumer and events routing key lists
- Simplify admin-reply skip log (remove redundant map re-read)

- Add internal/webui/ package with //go:build embedui tag for optional
SPA embedding (handler.go serves static files with SPA fallback)
- Add internal/version/ shared semver comparison (DRY: extracted from
gateway/update_check.go and updater/updater.go)
- Enhance UpdateChecker: release notes, ETag caching, filter lite-v* tags
- Add web UI build stage to Dockerfile with ENABLE_EMBEDUI build arg
- Simplify CI: 7 Docker variants → 4 (base, latest, full, otel)
- Add SHA256 checksums job to release workflow
- Add Makefile build-full target (embeds web UI in Go binary)
- Default make up now embeds web UI (no separate nginx needed)
- Add WITH_WEB_NGINX=1 flag for optional nginx reverse proxy
- Update README + 30 translated READMEs: make up, port 18790
- Update docker-compose comments and prepare-env.sh
- About dialog: show release notes with markdown rendering
- Health card: amber badge for available updates
BREAKING: Default Docker setup no longer requires selfservice overlay.
Web dashboard served at :18790 (same port as API).
* Add prepare-compose.sh for composible modules, options and overlays
* feat(prepare-compose): add --quiet and --skip-validation flags
Add loud() function for conditional output. Use --quiet to suppress
normal output, --skip-validation to bypass docker compose config check.
* chore: add mise config to gitignore
* chore: add GOCLAW_DIR env var and update context paths
- Add GOCLAW_DIR to prepare-compose.sh for .env generation
- Fix context paths in docker-compose files to use ${GOCLAW_DIR:-.}
- Restore symlinks in compose.d/ and compose.options/
* fix: broken symlink, safe .env update, export COMPOSE_FILE before validate
- Fix compose.d/00-goclaw.yml symlink: docker-compose.yml → ../docker-compose.yml
- Add compose.d/.gitkeep so directory is tracked
- Export COMPOSE_FILE before running docker compose config validation
- Replace rm+sed .env update pattern with safe temp file approach
- Quote GOCLAW_DIR value in .env to handle paths with spaces

* feat(gateway): add version update checker
Check GitHub releases periodically (1h) and surface update availability
in the health endpoint + dashboard header. Version is auto-detected from
git tags via Makefile, falling back to VERSION file or build arg.
Backend: new UpdateChecker goroutine, health response includes
latestVersion/updateAvailable/updateUrl fields.
Frontend: version badge in overview header with clickable "available"
link when a newer release exists.
* fix(gateway): fix update checker compile errors and harden GitHub API call
- Export UpdateChecker/NewUpdateChecker to match server.go references
- Move StartUpdateChecker(ctx) after ctx declaration in gateway startup
- Add User-Agent header for GitHub API compliance
- Limit response body to 1MB via io.LimitReader
- Use strconv.Atoi instead of manual int parsing in parseSemver

* feat(agent): support tool call prefix stripping for proxy providers
Proxy providers like LiteLLM and OpenRouter may prepend a prefix to
tool call names returned by the model (e.g. "proxy_exec" instead of
"exec"). This broke tool policy validation, registry lookup, and
hardcoded name checks for "team_tasks" and "spawn" in both serial
and parallel execution paths.
Add per-agent toolCallPrefix configuration that strips the configured
prefix from incoming tool call names before registry resolution. The
stripping is applied at resolveToolCallName() which is called before
permission checks, registry execution, and spawn/team_tasks detection.
- Add StripToolPrefix() supporting literal ("proxy_") and template
("{tool_name}") patterns
- Add toolCallPrefix to ToolPolicySpec with backward compat from old
"toolPrefix" JSON key
- Fix config save using spread operator to prevent dropping new fields
- Add UI input in Tool Policy section with i18n (en/vi/zh)
* chore: ignore AI tool config directories
Add .gemini/, .claude/, .opencode/ to .gitignore to prevent
committing user-specific AI tool configurations.
* fix(i18n): add missing config.json locale files
The config namespace was registered in i18n/index.ts but the actual
JSON files were never created, breaking the UI Docker build (tsc error).
Also fix .gitignore: config.json → /config.json so only the root
gateway config is ignored, not the i18n locale files.
Closes#107
* feat(ui): replace language cycle button with dropdown select
Users can now pick a language directly from a dropdown instead of
cycling through all options on each click.
* fix(i18n): keep "Subagent" in Vietnamese translations
"Agent con" and "sinh sản" sound unnatural; keep the English term.
* chore: align .dockerignore config.json pattern with .gitignore
- Add tool status display on channels during tool execution (streaming preview + reactions)
- Emit agent.activity events at phase transitions (thinking, tool_exec, compacting)
- Enrich delegation progress with per-member activity and tool info
- Add LLM-based intent classifier for DM status queries when agent is busy
- Keyword fast-path for cancel/status patterns (no LLM cost)
- Falls back to LLM classification with 5s timeout
- Supports status_query (immediate reply) and cancel (abort run) intents
- Register/unregister runs in makeSchedulerRunFunc for channel inbound tracking
- Add sessionRuns secondary index in Router for O(1) IsSessionBusy lookups
- Add intent_classify config toggle (global default + per-agent override)
- Add tool_status config toggle for channel tool status display
- Add i18n keys and translations (en/vi/zh) for status messages
- Add web UI config toggles for intent_classify and tool_status
* fix(channels): start outbound dispatcher before channel check
StartAll() returned early when no channels existed at boot,
skipping the dispatchOutbound goroutine. Channels loaded later
via Reload() assumed the dispatcher was running, causing outbound
messages (agent responses) to never reach Telegram.
Move dispatcher startup before the empty-channel early return so
dynamically loaded channels always have a running consumer.
* feat(ui): add LLM provider warning on overview page and ignore plans dir
Show alert when no providers configured or all disabled, linking to provider settings. Add plans/ to .gitignore.
* fix: use model ID as display name in OpenAI-compatible provider list
The `owned_by` field (e.g. "system") was incorrectly used as the model
display name, causing all models to show as "system" in the UI dropdown
for providers like AliCloud DashScope.
