Add pip package alias resolutions for commonly-misnamed or distribution-variant packages. psycopg2 shipped as sdist-only on PyPI (requires pg_config); aliases to psycopg2-binary. Other entries handle distribution variants (MySQLdb→mysqlclient, Crypto→pycryptodome, etc).
