Bjørn Erik Pedersen f4675fa0f0 helpers: Fix permissions when creating new folders 
This was mistakingly changed from 07777 (rwx, rw, r before umask) to 0755 in Hugo 0.37. This commit reverts to the old value.

Bjørn Erik Pedersen ebb56e8bdb Improve minifier MIME type resolution 
This commit also removes the deprecated `Suffix` from MediaType. Now use `Suffixes` and put the MIME type suffix in the type, e.g. `application/svg+xml`.

Peter Kappus d881d14339 Make default "related" behavior more explicit 
Added a link to the package documentation provided by @bep and a few sentences describing how to use the default indices (keywords and date) and pointing out the default behaviour for includeNewer. Might be better to put this up above but I've included it in the "List related content" section where, I think, most people will start. Hopefully others will improve on what I've done... thanks!
