Subject: [PATCH 2/2] TXT record and enable proxied

Change the records.TXT entry from an array to a plain string (preserving the google-site-verification value) and add "proxied": true to enable proxying for the domain. Aligns the JSON with the expected schema and enables proxy behavior.
