Subject: [PATCH] Add the second TXT record for domain verification

This PR is ONLY to update the Vercel TXT verification records for my domain.
I ALREADY own the root domain 'phucbao.is-a.dev' (you can check the existing phucbao.json file in this repository). The second TXT record is to verify my nested subdomain 'evolvefit.phucbao.is-a.dev'. Since this is a nested subdomain and just a verification file, it complies with the rules. Please review and approve. Thank you!
