Subject: [PATCH] Update Vercel configuration for mugish.is-a.dev

- Changed CNAME to cname.vercel-dns.com for proper Vercel integration
- Added _vercel.mugish.json with TXT verification record
- Following is-a.dev Vercel setup guide
