Subject: [PATCH] Update fearr.json

Add fearr.is-a.dev subdomain

updated text:
I want visitors of fearr.is-a.dev to see the content hosted at swrlzxx.github.io/fearr.
Since DNS CNAME cannot point to a URL path, the redirection or path handling will need to be managed in the website configuration or hosting setup.
