[tests] removed a ridiculously exotic feature that still works, but is too hard to test
...
Specifically, using as custom logger topic a concatenated string, like literally `"A" + "B"`. It works,
but depending on javac and phase of the moon that ends up as `"A" + "B"` or `"AB"`, and I don't
think it's worthwhile for lombok to try to be consistent in this and test for that.

[i623] added eclipse code for generating @javax.annotation.Generated, and refactored java impl to reduce DRY violations. -f pretty now includes skipping generation of this annotation, and updated ALL the test cases.

semi-fix for issue 602, but not complete as adding annotations to generated fields leads to crazy issues (see issue 217): generated LOG field now has @SuppressWarnings on it.
