From e55060021859ef7328a7a19c056a11e46e961216 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: tiennm99 Date: Sun, 26 Apr 2026 08:27:23 +0700 Subject: [PATCH] feat(solver): canonicalize state hash, extend BFS for new mechanics, 2M node cap Replace JSON.stringify with stable canonical state hash. Extend captureState with stones, keys, key/door cell snapshots, warm timers. Enumerate throw-target actions with eligibility pruning. MAX_BFS_NODES = 2_000_000 with par-based path pruning. All 11 solvable levels under cap, L12 unsolvable preserved. --- src/lib/game/level-manager.js | 35 ++- src/lib/game/level-solver.js | 251 +++++++++++++-- src/lib/game/level-solver.test.js | 362 +++++++++++++++++++++- src/lib/levels/levels.solvability.test.js | 67 +++- 4 files changed, 676 insertions(+), 39 deletions(-) diff --git a/src/lib/game/level-manager.js b/src/lib/game/level-manager.js index bf5697c..0cfba3c 100644 --- a/src/lib/game/level-manager.js +++ b/src/lib/game/level-manager.js @@ -3,7 +3,8 @@ import { LEVELS } from '../levels/levels.js'; import { GridSystem } from './grid-system.js'; import { Player } from './player.js'; -import { StaticGuard, RotatingGuard, BlinkingGuard, PatrollingGuard, MirrorGuard, ChaserGuard } from './guards.js'; +import { StaticGuard, RotatingGuard, BlinkingGuard, PatrollingGuard, MirrorGuard, ChaserGuard, SniperGuard, SuspicionGuard } from './guards.js'; +import { ThrowableSystem } from './throwable.js'; // Guard type registry — maps type strings to factory functions const GUARD_REGISTRY = { @@ -13,6 +14,8 @@ const GUARD_REGISTRY = { patrolling: (grid, g) => new PatrollingGuard(grid, g.startPosition.row, g.startPosition.col, g.path), mirror: (grid, g) => new MirrorGuard(grid, g.position.row, g.position.col, g.reflectDirection), chaser: (grid, g) => new ChaserGuard(grid, g.position.row, g.position.col, g.detectionRadius), + sniper: (grid, g) => new SniperGuard(grid, g.position.row, g.position.col, g.startFacing ?? 0, g.rotateCadence ?? 2), + suspicion: (grid, g) => new SuspicionGuard(grid, g.position.row, g.position.col, g.range ?? 3), }; // Load a level by ID, returns complete game state @@ -34,6 +37,30 @@ export function loadLevel(levelId) { grid.setGoal(data.goal.row, data.goal.col, true); } + // Parse door tiles: setDoor(row, col, keyId) makes cell impassable until key collected + if (data.doors) { + data.doors.forEach(d => grid.setDoor(d.row, d.col, d.keyId)); + } + + // Parse key tiles: setKey(row, col, keyId) places collectible key on cell + if (data.keys) { + data.keys.forEach(k => grid.setKey(k.row, k.col, k.keyId)); + } + + // Parse one-way tiles: dir=0=up,1=right,2=down,3=left (allowed entry direction) + if (data.oneWays) { + data.oneWays.forEach(ow => grid.setOneWay(ow.row, ow.col, ow.dir)); + } + + // Parse decayTiles: marks cells as decay-eligible (warm timers activate on those cells only). + // "all" = mark every non-wall cell; array = mark only listed cells. + // Default: no decay (existing behavior). + if (data.decayTiles === 'all') { + grid.setDecayEligibleAll(); + } else if (Array.isArray(data.decayTiles)) { + data.decayTiles.forEach(({ row, col }) => grid.setDecayEligible(row, col, true)); + } + const player = new Player(grid, data.player.row, data.player.col); const guards = []; @@ -47,16 +74,22 @@ export function loadLevel(levelId) { // Initialize guard lights (pass all guards for mirror reflection) guards.forEach(g => g.updateLight(guards)); + const throwSystem = new ThrowableSystem(data.stones ?? 0); + return { grid, player, guards, + throwSystem, levelName: data.name, storyKey: data.storyKey, isFinalLevel: data.isFinalLevel || false, goalRow: data.goal.row, goalCol: data.goal.col, parMoves: data.parMoves || 99, + // Return affordances so Game.svelte can read per-level gates + affordances: data.affordances ?? { undo: true, preview: true }, + stones: data.stones ?? 0, }; } diff --git a/src/lib/game/level-solver.js b/src/lib/game/level-solver.js index c116508..279fce0 100644 --- a/src/lib/game/level-solver.js +++ b/src/lib/game/level-solver.js @@ -2,42 +2,202 @@ // Replays the real turn pipeline (guards.js + princess-mechanic.js) so solver // verdicts match runtime behavior exactly — no reimplementation of AI. // +// State captures: player pos, guard snapshots, princess snapshot, +// stonesLeft, pendingTarget, keysBitmask (reserved, always 0 this phase), +// and warm-tile snapshot. +// // Usage: -// const result = solveLevel(levelId, { maxStates: 5_000_000 }); +// const result = solveLevel(levelId, { maxStates: 2_000_000 }); // // { solvable, path?, reason?, states_explored } import { loadLevel } from './level-manager.js'; import { PrincessMechanic } from './princess-mechanic.js'; -const ACTIONS = ['up', 'down', 'left', 'right', 'wait']; +const BASE_ACTIONS = ['up', 'down', 'left', 'right', 'wait']; +const DEFAULT_MAX_STATES = 2_000_000; -function captureState(player, guards, princess) { +// ─── Canonical guard key by type ──────────────────────────────────────────── +// Fixed field order per guard type prevents key-order flakiness. + +function canonicalGuardKey(g) { + // Base fields present in all guard captures: row, col, direction, isOn + const base = `${g.row},${g.col},${g.direction},${g.isOn ? 1 : 0}`; + + switch (g.type ??
