Subject: [PATCH] Using maven shade plugin so we can release a nodep version of
 log4j2 appender artifact. It has Agrona and Netty shaded in with relocated
 package names.

The option to minimizeJar is enabled so that only required classes are included (fingers crossed that it is sound).
