fix(ui/status): round down current charges in noChargesThreshold message

- Updated `noChargesThreshold` status message to use `Math.floor(current)` instead of raw `current`.
- Ensures displayed charge count is always an integer in the Status block.

Benefits:
- Prevents confusing non-integer values in the UI.
- Improves readability and consistency of charge status display.
