Create dwin.json

I'm requesting the subdomain dwin.is-a.dev to point to my Google Site. I'm a self-taught Java developer and I'm using this domain to showcase my projects and learning journey. The CNAME record is set to ghs.googlehosted.com to support Google Sites integration.
