Add zini.json with owner and records information

I am requesting the subdomain zini.is-a.dev to host my personal portfolio website, where I showcase my work as a software engineer and graphic designer. The website highlights my projects, skills, and professional experience in both software development and design. Using a personal subdomain will allow me to present a consistent, professional, and easily shareable link for prospective clients, collaborators, and employers.
