Create vowux.json

## Requirements

- [x] The file is in the `domains` folder and is in the JSON format.
- [x] The file name is all lowercased and alphanumeric.
- [x] I have completed my website.
- [x] The website is reachable.
- [x] I'm not using Velcel.
- [x] The CNAME doesn't contain https:// or /.
- [x] The owner field includes my email.
