Update and rename vrachit.json to vxrachit.json

This pull request is to register my personal domain and configure an NS record pointing to Cloudflare nameservers. I'm a B.Tech student currently learning and building projects in web development, cybersecurity, and cloud computing. I’m using this domain to deploy my portfolio website, showcase my work, and test various technologies like CI/CD, server deployments, and DNS configurations.

Having full DNS control via Cloudflare helps me:

Deploy websites efficiently without needing to request new DNS records every time.

Use this domain in academic or personal learning projects.

I frequently build APIs using FastAPI, Flask, and Node.js. This domain helps me map subdomains to backend services for testing and demo purposes

As a student, I don’t have the budget to buy a new domain for every experiment or capstone project, so having this one domain helps me keep everything in one place and manageable.
