Add tayyib.is-a.dev as a personal domain

I’m hosting my personal portfolio on a free VPS and would like to use
tayyib.is-a.dev as the primary domain. The domain is configured to point
to the VPS where my portfolio is currently hosted. I’m temporarily using
tayyub.me, but prefer tayyib.is-a.dev for my personal site.
