[configuration] Added the .getAbsoluteFileLocation() method to AST;
...
this now works properly (even with eclipse Linked Resources) in both
eclipse and javac. We will now use this feature to search for and apply
config files, which will apply hierarchically based on the directory of
the source file.

fixed a bug where called LombokOptionsFactory.getLombokOptions() would actually cause the old options to be wrapped continuously, thus wrapping LombokOptions into itself infinitely. Now it just wraps if needed, other wise returns what's already been done.

No functional change, but runPostCompiler in eclipse patching is no longer transplanted. It shouldn't matter (runPostCompiler will call lombok.jar code, so if there is a classloader issue, transplanting won't help), and roel thinks it might help debug an issue with Springsource gradle plugin for eclipse.

[jdk8support] We now handle doc comments internally, alleviating the need to try and keep up with the complete rewrites of the doc comment parser from java6 to java7 to java8. Still doesn't actually work in jdk8, but only because of a last-mile issue. (we communicate the doc comment via compilationUnit.docComments but that changed types in jdk8, we just need to make a wrapper to make that work).

replaced double underscore as new standard way of writing the dummy annotation for onX instead of single underscore, which emits warnings on javac8+.
...
Also made dollars and Xes legal in addition to underscores, in case double underscore disappears later too.
