Pretty big revamp of the build script system. Downloading dependencies is now done automatically by this script, which also means that e.g. lombok-patcher.jar no longer needs to be checked in.

Fixes issue #56 - annotations with shorthand parameters on methods in method-local classes failed to parse correctly due to a (rare) boneheaded design in the javac tree.

Fixed issue #24 by refactoring the AST.Node class - taken it out, and in the process fixed a lot of type annoyance by adding more generics.

The old 'disableCheckedExceptions' branch wasn't a particularly nice distribution/storage model of experimental features. For example, it was hopelessly out of date. Redesigned to a separate experimental directory, along with new build scripts, and rewrite it to the new lombok.patcher model.

runJavac

javac's HandleData now generates the constructor only if it doesn't already exist, and the staticConstructor is now also completed. Left: toString, hashCode, equals.

projectlombok makes java a spicier language by adding 'handlers' that know how to build and compile simple, boilerplate-free, not-quite-java code.
See LICENCE for the project lombok licence.


To start:

First, run:

ant installDeps

to grab a bunch of dependencies interactively from the internet.

Then, to build lombok:

ant dist

try ant -projecthelp for descriptions of other options.
