The novel-to-PDF export now lives in a separate bot, so /monkeyd_crawl
and /monkeyd_tags are gone along with the fpdf dependency and the bundled
font. Their stats rows are kept as history with deleted: true, set once
at startup behind the migration:stats-delete-monkeyd-v1 marker, and a
MODULES value that still lists monkeyd is skipped with a warning instead
of failing startup.
