Using maven shade plugin so we can release a nodep version of log4j2 appender artifact. It has Agrona and Netty shaded in with relocated package names.
The option to minimizeJar is enabled so that only required classes are included (fingers crossed that it is sound).

Re #26: Fixed bug caused by Snappy class from Netty being able to compress max 32kb of data. Now it is called multiple times but since it appends uncompressed data size at the beginning I had to copy the class contents and remove that (we only need it once).
Also streamlined dependency on netty-all.

Added way to inject custom monitoring modules and provided default implementations as well as Dropwizard based implementation. Dropwizard dependency is marked as "provided" so it does not impact resulting artifact and can only be used if target application also includes dropwizard library.
