Re #77: Renamed LogBufferAgent and its thread (ReadingLogBufferAndSendingHttp) to LogShipper. Added option to configure time it sleeps between reading from log buffer to not hog CPU. Also now default is 25ms instead of hardcoded 1ms previously.
