domains/jithesh-gopinathan was missing its .json extension, which is what the upstream test suite's validateFileName() check (tests/json.test.js) explicitly requires -- every domain file must match `<subdomain>.json`. This was the cause of the failing CI/Tests check on PR #48702; content is unchanged, only the filename.
