Roland Grunberg f1a0c7447b Adapt to changes made in the JDT TokenScanner API. 
- Support older/newer API depending on the value of the first parameter
- TokenScanner#getTokenEndOffset(int, int) first parameter becomes an
  enum called TerminalToken
