Replace pnpm-lock.yaml with package-lock.json. pnpm-workspace.yaml's
allowBuilds becomes package.json#allowScripts, which npm 11 gates the same way,
listing only the packages actually present in the tree.
sharp was pinned transitively via wrangler -> miniflare below the
0.35.0 security fix. Bumping wrangler resolves the advisory without
any source change.
Auto-inject low-cardinality labels (country, region, timezone) and
high-cardinality structured metadata (ip, user_agent, city, lat/long,
url, cf_ray, referer). Caller-supplied labels lose to auto on
collision; caller-supplied metadata wins on collision.
BREAKING CHANGE: `ip` is no longer a stream label. Rewrite
`{ip="..."}` LogQL queries as `{proxy="miti-loki"} | ip="..."`.
